Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish:
    Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Make the Marinade:
    In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
